Recent Activities (as of early March 2026)
Baboosic Lake Road
- Tree clearing has commenced on the eastern side of the bridge.
Wire Road
- Tree clearing has commenced on the western side of the bridge.
FEET
- No work during this period.
Upcoming Work (March 2026 to April 2026)
Baboosic Lake Road
- Continued tree clearing and grubbing.
- The construction of the embankment for the temporary diversion will begin.
Wire Road
- Continued tree clearing and grubbing.
- Excavation for stormwater BMP 1084 will begin.
FEET
- Telephone conduits will be installed under the FEET using directional drilling.
General Traffic Implications
Spring 2026
- Rolling roadblocks, shoulder closures and night work, as needed, for temporary roadwork, as traffic allows.
