Turnpike Widening near NH 101/I-293 Interchange
Recent Activities – As of early April 2024
• Northbound and Southbound
– Continued preparing for granite curb installation on FEET northbound ramps.– Installed end sections on drainage pipes.
– Installed conduit for ITS system.
– General site cleanup
Upcoming Work – April 2024 to May 2024
• Northbound and Southbound
– Raise frame and grates for drainage structures.– Continue preparing for and granite curb installation and installing granite curb.
– Construct earth berm along FEET southbound.
– Continue work on ITS tower.
– Continue installing signage.
– Install fencing.
– Final paving and striping.
General Traffic Implications
• Spring 2024
– All three NB and SB lanes open to traffic– Shoulder and lane closures as needed for minor work
