– Completed installing pavement in the median.– Completed installing median barrier.
– Placed traffic on median pavement.
• Northbound
– Removed temporary guardrail and temporary pavement.– Began soundwall construction.
– Began overhead sign foundation construction.
– Began grading crushed stone.
• Southbound
– Removed temporary guardrail and temporary pavement.– Began soundwall construction.
– Began BMP access road and berm.
– Began grading crushed stone.
